Privacy Policy – Arenia

Android app Arenia (package com.webdemailly.arenia)
Effective date: November 4, 2026
In short: Arenia asks for no account, name or email. Your progress stays on your phone. The only third-party service is Google AdMob advertising (optional videos that earn virtual coins), with consent choices managed by Google.
1. Who is responsible?
Arenia is published by Arnaud Demailly, sole trader (trading name WebDem), SIRET 848 118 477 00027, 20 avenue des Cottages, 78480 Verneuil-sur-Seine, France. Contact: contact@webdem.fr. See also the legal notice (in French).
2. The game
Arenia is a single-player game: you bet virtual coins on the outcome of simulated battles. Coins have no real-world value. They cannot be bought with money, exchanged or withdrawn. There are no in-app purchases.
3. Data stored on your device
The game stores only on your phone, in its private storage:
- your game progress: coin balance, pending bets and bet history, win streaks, statistics, shop items bought and equipped, counters and timers for rewarded ads and bonuses;
- your sound and music settings.
This data is never sent to the developer. The game uses no account, no developer server, no analytics and no crash reporting. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes this progress.
4. Advertising: Google AdMob
The game offers optional rewarded video ads that grant virtual coins. They are served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited in Europe). No other ad network is integrated. Ads are limited to content suitable for teens and older (rating "T").
To serve and measure these ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect, depending on your choices:
- the device advertising ID (the app declares the Android
AD_IDpermission); - the IP address, which may indicate approximate location;
- technical device information (model, Android version, language);
- ad interactions (impressions, clicks, videos watched);
- SDK diagnostic and performance data.
This data is processed by Google under its own policies: How Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. The developer only receives aggregated, anonymous statistics (number of ads shown, revenue).
5. Your consent
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the game shows Google’s consent form (User Messaging Platform) on first launch, before any ad is loaded. You can accept or refuse personalised advertising. If you refuse, non-personalised or limited ads may be shown.
You can change your mind at any time in the game: Réglages (Settings) → Confidentialité → Gérer mes choix publicitaires. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Google → Ads).
Legal basis: your consent for personalised advertising and access to your device; for non-personalised ads and fraud prevention, the bases stated by Google.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. As the developer holds no personal data about you, requests about advertising data should go to Google; you may still write to contact@webdem.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or your local authority.
7. Children
Arenia is not directed to children under 16. The developer does not knowingly collect any data from children.
8. Changes
This policy may change, for example if the game adds a feature. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
